This year, four outstanding foreign-owned companies were once again honored at the FDI Awards Slovenia event for raising standards and contributing to the development of the Slovenian economy through their activities. The companies received awards in four different categories, namely:

• Green Company: STERIS AST d.o.o. - a specialized center for sterilization with electron beams, which contributes significantly to sustainable transition with its high-precision and waste-reducing technology.
• Creative Company: UNI&FORMA d.o.o. - a globally recognized developer of top-of-the-line tactical equipment that clothes the most demanding units around the world and builds the innovative pulse of industry from Slovenia. A globally recognized developer of cutting-edge tactical equipment that outfits the most demanding units around the world and builds the innovative pulse of the industry from Slovenia.
• Smart company: NIL d.o.o. - one of the most advanced IT infrastructure providers in the region, the center of excellence of the Conscia Group, which is co-creating the digital future with high added value.
• Large company: FILC d.o.o. – a company with a long tradition and strong global reach, strengthening its international role with nonwoven textiles and strategic investments.

The public agency SPIRIT Slovenia, together with the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport, has for the twentieth time awarded prizes to companies that have a significant impact on the development of Slovenia with their capital, knowledge and vision.
