What is the basic drive that motivates you to get up early in the morning, that gives purpose to your life and inspires you to make a difference in your work? It's passion. And who knows passion and drive better than Sara? A girl, who was overawed by swimming and dedicated her life for a moment of Olympic glory. Her devotion paid off. Not only in sports, but also in business. She built on her sports experience with a degree in Psychology from the renowned UC Berkeley in the US, went on to do brain research on U.S. Navy Seals, Marines and Olympic athletes at UC San Diego, worked with pilots in Dubai, extreme-challenge performers in Oslo, Norway, and translated this experience into the business context.
