The Michelin Guide Slovenia, published in early June 2026, recommends 74 restaurants, up two from last year. Hiša Franko, led by Ana Roš, retains its Three Michelin Stars, while Milka Restaurant in Kranjska Gora keeps Two Stars under chef David Žafran. Eight restaurants earned One Star, including newcomer Galerija okusov. Twelve restaurants are recognized with the Bib Gourmand distinction for offering excellent value dining. Since 2020, Slovenia has been praised by Michelin as a "must-go destination" for its exceptional culinary talent and quality ingredients.
