Five distinguished Slovenian business leaders received the 2025 Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GZS) Award for exceptional economic and entrepreneurial achievements.
The awardees are Tomaž Gornik of Better, Drago Pintar of Uniforest, Andraž Krajnc of Caretronic, Andraž Rumpret of Iskra PIO, and Blaž Brodnjak of NLB.
Better has emerged as a pioneer in developing digital health platforms, while Uniforest leads in innovative forestry equipment. Caretronic is recognized globally for producing one of the most advanced nurse call systems. Iskra PIO specializes in designing and manufacturing equipment for clean and cleaning technologies. NLB, Slovenia’s largest bank, has successfully undergone restructuring under its current leadership. The awards ceremony took place on March 5 in Ljubljana.
