EXPO 2025 in Osaka, Japan features more than 160 countries and organizations under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.” Slovenia is proudly participating with its national pavilion under the slogan “Heart to Heart”, highlighting its commitment to sustainability, innovation, cultural heritage, and economic potential.
The Slovenian Pavilion is designed as a dynamic space for collaboration, creativity, and future-oriented dialogue. EXPO presents a strategic opportunity for Slovenia to showcase its green transition solutions, local self-sufficiency, and smart industry achievements.
Interactive exhibits - such as virtual cycling through Slovenia’s scenic routes and a relaxing zen zone - are already captivating international audiences. The Slovenian pavilion actively aligns with EXPO’s core vision of Society 5.0, blending advanced technology with sustainable lifestyles.
Slovenia is offering a diverse program of cultural events, business delegations, and thematic workshops, promoting digitalization, green technologies, and tourism.
Participation in EXPO 2025 also opens new possibilities for Slovenia to strengthen international cooperation with Japan and other global partners. SPIRIT Slovenia Business Development Agency, the organizer of the national presence, will coordinate four business delegations to foster new trade connections.
On September 26 the Republic of Slovenia will celebrate its national day with multiple live-, hybrid and virtual events, culinary degustations and festivities in order to attract the visitors of Expo Osaka 2025.
