The latest Global Talent Competitiveness Index published this October puts Slovenia in 26th place among 134 nations – five places higher than in the last edition of the index. The index is calculated from the indicators compiled in six columns: Enable, Attract, Grow, Retain, Vocational and Technical Skills, and Global Knowledge Skills. Slovenia ranks best in the column of Vocational and Technical Skills – in 16th place. The nation with the best value of the overall index is Switzerland, followed by Singapore and the USA. The analysis is prepared by French business school INSEAD together with HR company Adecco and tech giant Google.
