Slovenian athletes from the Prevc family won four medals at February’s Winter Olympic Games in Italy. Domen Prevc won the gold medal in the large hill ski jumping competition. His sister Nika won silver and bronze medals in women’s ski jumping. Both Domen and Nika took part in the mixed team ski jumping competition and won gold. Before 2026, their older brothers, Peter and Cene, had won a total of five Olympic medals in ski jumping. Domen and Nika are also the current world record holders in ski jumping.
