Tech giant Nvidia has acquired Kumo AI, a startup co-founded by renowned Slovenian scientist and Stanford professor Jure Leskovec, in a deal valued at around US$400 million. Kumo AI specializes in advanced graph neural networks, enabling businesses to generate rapid predictive analyses from raw corporate data. Following the acquisition, Leskovec joined Nvidia as a principal researcher alongside his engineering team, helping the chipmaker expand its enterprise software and AI capabilities.
