Slovenian bakery Don Don was acquired by the large Mexican baking group Bimbo in October. Swedish specialist in security products Gunnebo took over metal products manufacturer Primat.
Slovenian bakery Don Don was acquired by the large Mexican baking group Bimbo in October. Don Don is a fast-growing company with 2,400 employees in six countries in Southeastern Europe and sales revenues of 190 million euros. The bakery that offers its products in 10 countries will lead Bimbo's operation in Central and Southeastern Europe.
In the same month Swedish specialist in security products Gunnebo took over Primat, a manufacturer of security safes, cabinets, vaults, and other security related metal products. Primat with around 180 employees has plants in Maribor and Serbia.
