Domel, the Slovenian producer of specialised electric motors, opened its new Trata 2 plant to produce a high-performance Electronic Torque Vectoring (eTV) system for European sports vehicle manufacturers. Domel’s innovative eTV solution enhances torque control and vehicle stability under extreme conditions and has been adopted by prestigious brands like Audi and Porsche. Key investments include €14.2 million in development, validation, and advanced production equipment, with an estimated annual revenue of €10.7 million. The official inauguration of the new facility also marked Domel’s entry into its ninth decade, focused on premium e-mobility and cutting-edge technological innovation.
