Salus allocates EUR 7.4m for dividends

Ljubljana, 15 April (STA) - The shareholders of Salus, the Ljubljana-based pharmaceutical and medical equipment wholesaler, decided to allocate EUR 7.38 million or EUR 70 gross per share for dividends, which is the same as last year. This includes the EUR 35 gross per share that was paid out in January and another EUR 35 to be paid out on 26 April.


The rest of the EUR 37.8 million in distributable profit will remain undistributed, Salus said on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Monday.

Salus generated EUR 599.4 million in net sales revenue last year, which is 20.9% more than the year before. Net profit fell by 20.6% to EUR 10.4 million.

At the end of 2023, the group employed more than 580 people in eight countries. This year net sales revenue is expected to reach EUR 672 million and net profit EUR 9 million.
