You are cordially invited to the opening of the Slovenian pavilion, “Slovenia – The Green Table of Europe,” at FOODEX Japan, the largest food and beverage trade fair in Asia. Slovenia’s pavilion highlights a food and beverage industry rooted in sustainability, innovation, and premium craftsmanship. From organic and biodynamic wineries to small‑batch distillers, artisan vinegar makers, craft breweries, and producers of traditional cured meats and gourmet specialties, Slovenian exhibitors showcase thoughtful sourcing, environmentally responsible production, and a dedication to authentic, high‑quality flavours.
