Ljubljana, 20 November (STA) - SIJ, Slovenia's largest steelworks, plans to extend an existing issue of sustainable bonds by EUR 22.1 million based on investor interest. The transaction will be completed on 25 November, the company said on Wednesday.
SIJ originally issued the three-year bond in November 2023 at the nominal value of EUR 19 million and an annual interest rate of 7%.
The bond is traded on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SIJ8 and the company has asked the market operator to suspend trading until the extension has been completed.
