Ljubljana, 05 March (STA) - The Slovenian-Chinese Business Council at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) convened its annual meeting on Wednesday, underlining its determination to further boost its activities in 2025 so as to open even more doors for Slovenian companies in China.
"We have achieved significant milestones in 2024," strategic development and internationalisation director at GZS Marjana Majerič was quoted as saying in a press release from the chamber.
Last year, the council organised three trips of large delegations to China and hosted several delegations from China.
This year, it will organise a number of events. It will also take two delegations to China, the first to Ningbo in May and the second to the China International Import Expo in Shanghai in November.
According to Majerič, the Slovenian-Chinese Business Council is strengthening its role as a link between Slovenian economy and the Chinese market by providing expert support and creating business opportunities for Slovenian companies.
