Ljubljana/Dubai, 11 October (STA) - Slovenia is set to be positioned among the world's tech leaders at next week's Gitex Global in Dubai, as its national pavilion will be located in the main exhibition hall for the first time. The high-profile placement at the prestigious fair was organised by the public agency Spirit Slovenia.
Ten of the country's high-tech companies will be showcasing their innovative solutions at the Slovenian stand, presented under the national promotional slogan Slovenia. Green. Creative. Smart.
The participating firms at the fair, which will be running from Monday until Friday, are Demetra Lean Way, SNEP, Red Pitaya, Cestel, Horsecare, Vizije mobilnosti, LM TEK, Tridens, IN5I6HT, and Actual I.T.
Gitex Global is considered the largest tech and start-up gathering in the world, offering a key opportunity for networking with major players in the international market.
Officials at Spirit Slovenia emphasised the significance of the new, prime location. "This year's placement in the main hall among the world's strongest companies ensures the highest visibility and visitor frequency," the agency said.
