Rimske Toplice, 26 February (STA) - The tourism magazine Like Slovenia-Croatia, which was first published last year, will also promote Serbia in this year's edition, which will be published tomorrow. The magazine promotes the charms of all three countries and proves their ability to work together in tough times, Economy Minister Matjaž Han said at the presentation of the publication.
According to Han, cooperation between countries is all the more important at a time when geopolitics "has gone mad".
The new edition of the magazine is not just a story of business and tourism, but it also shows that the current times are unpredictable and each individual can show their good side, Croatian Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Oleg Butković said at the event in Rimske Toplice on Wednesday.
Slovenia and Croatia share a history rich in interesting tourism stories, Butković added.
The magazine is a shared project of Slovenian media house Delo, Croatia's Hanza Media, which publishes the daily Jutarnji List and Serbia's Blic. The readers of both printed and online editions of all three newspapers will receive the magazine on Thursday.
They will be able to explore in one place what the three countries have to offer as travel destinations through the stories of people for whom tourism is a way of life, Delo editor-in-chief Bojan Budja said.
The magazine will be published in 60,000 copies across the three countries and will be accessible online to 5.8 million readers, Jutarnji List editor-in-chief Goran Ogurlić said, adding that this year's edition brought a new dimension of regional cooperation in business and tourism.
